You are picked up from your hotel or hostel in Marrakech before 8:00 am and we drive along the beautiful R207 road to the coast. Along the way, we will stop to see argan trees where small goats climb on the lower branches and feed. Sometimes there are as many as twenty goats sitting on a tree. It is a mesmerizing look that is perfect when it comes to a photo opportunity. Along the way, we will also stop at a women's factory where argan oil is produced. The oil is extracted from the pitas of this plant and is a delicious addition to Moroccan bread or simply to sprinkle on pita bread. The oil is also used as a cosmetic for skin and hair treatment. Our day trip to Essaouira from Marrakech arrives at the harbor and port town where you can see the vast expanse of the North Atlantic Ocean. This bustling old town (medina) is a World Heritage Site, and it won't take much to see why. Ancient bronze pillars line the walls and walls protecting the waterways from ancient invasions. There are many modern cafes and restaurants in the port city and this modern culture is well integrated with the history of the city. You will feel like you are traveling in a time machine as you walk from the modern cafe to the ramshackle buildings of the medina within a few meters. There is a long prom along the beach where the sands welcome sunbathers and those who want to relax in the sun on the golden sands of this beautiful city. To do this, you must bring a bathing suit, sunscreen, and towels for your stay at the beach. Our return journey will depart for Marrakech arriving on time at 6:00 pm. You can also enjoy the sunset around it as the sun begins to set in the middle of the afternoon. Essaouira is a popular stopover for many tourists visiting Morocco, and you'll see why when you take a cruise on this fascinating coastal excursion.
