8 Days Tour from Marrakech to Sahara & Imperial Cities

8 Days Tour from Marrakech to Sahara & Imperial Cities

Description :

You'll start your 8-day Sahara Desert trek from Marrakech by crossing the High Atlas Mountains via the famous Tizi-n-Tichka trek. As you go, you will find your first southern point; it's like another country. You can visit an example of this in the famous Kasbah of Telouet and the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou. In Ouarzazate, movies from the biggest studio in Africa, Studio Atlas, many of them from Hollywood blockbusters, will surprise you. Even more, the difference is seen in the Oasis of Skoura, with the small museum of Kasbah Amredhil, (represented in the note of 50 dirhams). Kel'aa M'gouna is the only place where Damascus roses grow, offering a rose and group jewelry. The Dades Gorge presents the most spectacular landscape of the south, and you will probably enjoy a short hike here. Finally, in the Merzouga desert, an unforgettable camel ride around the great ruins awaits you. You will dine under a starry sky, and sleep peacefully in a nomad's tent amidst the chaos. One of the highlights of the trip is spending the next day with camels in the most famous dunes of the Sahara desert in Morocco. Or just walk through the mines of Erg Chebbi to visit the nomads and have tea with a Berber family.

Itinerary :
