Description :

10-Day Trip to Morocco from Casablanca. During these 10 days & 9 nights, you will visit many beautiful places. Start the trip by visiting the city of Casablanca. Then Rabat the capital of Morocco, Chefchaouen the blue city, and the Roman ruins of Volubilis. In addition to visiting Meknes the capital of Ismaili, Fez cultural city, and the Switzerland of Morocco Ifrane. Then we will go south to visit the cedar forest, Midelt, the beautiful Ziz Valley, and the traditional market of Rissani. In addition to Erfoud, the city of fossils and also the Sahara desert of Merzouga. Where you can ride camels and stay in a luxury camp in the middle of the desert. And enjoy a magical sunset in the Sahara. After that, take a walk around the beautiful Todra and Dades. Also a famous Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou you must Visit it. Cross the High Atlas Mountains and Tizi-n-Tichka pass. Then, explore Marrakech with a local guide. Finally, the trip ended in Casablanca.

Itinerary :

Day 1: Arrival to Casablanca - Rabat

Welcome to Morocco! Arrive at Casablanca's Med V Airport where you will be met by your driver. The driver will give you a brief description of your New Year's journey. Next, you will go to Casablanca, the commercial capital and largest city of Morocco. You will appreciate the beautiful architecture, the beautiful Hassan II Mosque, the garden, and the restaurant overlooking the Atlantic coast. Then, depart for the capital city of Rabat. Overnight and dinner at your accommodation.

Day 2: Rabat - Chefchaouen

Today we will drive to Chefchaouen. On the way to this Grand Tour of Morocco, we will make a short stop and arrive at the blue city. Finally, a night in a riad in the Medina

Day 3: Chefchaouen- Volubilis - Meknes – Fes

After breakfast, don't waste time walking around the beautiful streets of the blue town of Chefchaouen. Then we drive to visit Volubilis the ancient Roman ruins. It is well preserved since it is recognized by UNESCO as a world heritage site. There are many beautiful mosaics scattered here on ancient columns and streets. After visiting the ruins, we drove 30 minutes to visit Meknes. The city is known as the Ismaili capital and one of the imperial cities of Morocco. We visit Bab Al-Mansour, Sahrij Souani Basin, the zoo, the food court, and the Moulay Ismail mausoleum. Then we go to Fez. Overnight in Riad.

Day 4: Guided tour sightseeing Fes

After breakfast at your Riad, you will start a tour of the medina, one of the most fortified cities in the world that dates back to the 9th century, walking through its streets and narrow streets. The visit begins with a visit to the entrance of the Royal Palace; The Jewish headquarters named "Mellah" was built in the 16th century. We explore many of the medina's craft industries, such as jewelry, copper, and wedding jewelry. Carpenters, bakers, and butchers also have neighborhoods in the Medina that they call home. A highlight was a visit to the famous tannery in Fez, where we had a great view from a panoramic vantage point of the men working hard to sort and tan the various types of leather. We will also see its religious and historical heart when we visit the mausoleum of Moulay Idriss II (the founder of Fez), the 9th-century Al Karaouine University, and one of the many Mederas (Koranic schools). Overnight in Riad with breakfast.

Day 5: Fes – Ifrane – Cedars forest - Midelt – Ziz valley – Merzouga Sahara

After a hot breakfast, we drive south from Imouzzer to visit Ifrane. The city is famous for its insulated buildings, snow, and alpine-style architecture. Then the tour continues into the cedar forest, where the Barbary macaques live. Don't stop feeding them when you are walking in the forest. Later, we continue to Midelt, where we will have time for lunch. Then we will continue to Merzouga through the Tizi-n-Tilghmt pass and along the Ziz valley. A stop will be made along the way for a movie. In the afternoon, we arrived in the Sahara desert of Merzouga. Then you turn to the camel crossing the desert sand. You will stop on top of a high dune and enjoy the sunset. Finally, you will continue to the desert camp. The camp is a mix of traditional camper tents and the luxury of a hotel. Where you can enjoy the music of Berber drums, while dancing around the fire, under the wide open sky. Dinner and overnight in a bivouac.

Day 6: Merzouga - Rissani - Merzouga - Erg Chebbi dunes (Merzouga)

Start your Saharan tour from Merzouga with a visit to a nomadic village, and have a lunch break at a Kasbah restaurant near the sand dunes of Erg Chebbi. You will have time to relax by the lake before the next part of your journey. You will walk or ride a camel on the sand as the sun begins to set, and as you reach the wonderful sands of Erg Chebbi, watch them wear a beautiful red. As night falls, listen to intoxicating Berber music and music, savor a homemade Moroccan feast before sleeping under the stars in your own luxury tent with a private bathroom and shower. Today, you will enjoy an unforgettable overnight camping in the middle of the desert and dinner.

Day 7: Merzouga – Rissani – Erfoud – Todra Gorges – Dades Valley

After breakfast, we leave the desert to visit the town of Rissani, the former capital of Tafilalet. Rissani is still an important commercial center in the region, with a bustling souk on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. After visiting the Rissani souk, we continue to Erfoud, where we visit one of the marble factories. Then we pass the palm trees of Touroug and Tinjdad, to the banks of the Todra river. The course of the Todra River has carved a great channel through the mountains. These gorges are great places for climbers. Don't waste time walking around the bay and appreciate the beauty of the landscape. Free time for lunch at the hotel. Then we continue to the Dades valley, passing Boumalne Dades. An inevitable break in the "monkey finger" rock formation. And in a place on the top of the hill overlooking the valley of Dades. Finally, dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 8: Dades Valley - Rose valley - Ouarzazate - Marrakech

Today discover the valley of roses, Kelaa M'Gouna is the center of Moroccan roses and rose products. Then continue your journey through the road of a thousand Kasbahs, passing through the palm trees of Skoura to Ouarzazate. After a lunch break in Ouarzazate, continue with a visit to the UNESCO-protected site of Ait Benhaddou. Leave the kasbah and start heading to the beautiful Atlas Mountains from the highest road of Tizi Tichka at 2260 m high offering a great view of the valley, the mountains, and many nearby Berber villages. Arrival in Marrakech at sunset. Dinner and overnight at the hotel or Riad.

Day 9: Marrakech City Tour With Local Guide

After breakfast, you will explore the city of Marrakech with an experienced guide. The tour begins with the magnificent Koutoubia Mosque, the symbol of Marrakech that inspired other buildings such as the Giralda in Seville and the Hassan Tower in Rabat. Your next stop is the Bahia Palace and Sadian's Tomb. The Saadia cemetery of Marrakech dates back to the reign of Sultan Ahmad al-Mansur. The tombs were discovered in 1917 and restored by the Department of Fine Arts. The mausoleum includes the burials of about sixty members of the Sadian sect from the Draa river valley. After a lunch break, you will continue to the famous Jemaa el Fna square, which has a lot of food, snake charmers, local musicians, and fortune tellers. There is no place in the world like Jemaa el Fna, the square in the heart of old Marrakech. You will also stroll through the souks and admire hundreds of handicrafts. One night with breakfast at Riad.

Day 10: Marrakesh – Casablanca Airport

On the last day of the tour, we will have a short trip to the red city of Marrakech. Then we will go north to Casablanca Airport, a stop will be made for a panoramic view. Then transfer to the airport. End of the tour.
